4months in

I'm 4 months into the ride now and i think this 5th month is going to FLY

16th - 17th Will be spent in York with the Dodson clan, should be a good party with some very nice wine.
On the 23rd we are going to the Johnny Depp film festival to see Ed Wood. Can you believe it - they have a whole film festival dedicated to him! So they should really - he is a brillient actor and not to bad to look at either - Phwor!
24th is dinner with the house mates in Notting Hill
25th - 30th is Barcelona (wow wow wow) Found some pretty awesome accomodation for the week on the web. The place has just been redecorated in traditional spanish style (see link above) and looks just divine.
When we arrive home Nick's Dad would have arrived in London so the 1st and 2nd (May day holiday) will be spent catching up. Followed by two days at work and then Thursday bright and early to meet Nick's Mum at the airport. It will be great to see them both =D
Finally the 7th is my Birthday drinks in Soho, venue not confirmed but if you can make the date let me know = )
Oh and 26th May is the Chealsea Flower Show - (£16!) which was pricey but is world renouned.
As for last weekend, well it was the first one in a whiel where there were no BIG plans, Friday was a quick drink at the Tabernacle in Old Street. Saturday on the way to the supermarket we met up with a friend from home and stopped for 'one' drink that turned out to be a round ... each .. followed by the shopping we were to do 5 hours earlier... (london style...) Sunday afternoon we headed to meet another friend in Chealsea to Lots Road pub... writing this i'm begining to thing i looks like all we do is go to the pub ... hmm i guess they are different to pubs back home, they feel more like an extended lounge room, couches coffee tables and an endless supply of beer...
Lots Road was pretty tastey and well it should be as it won the gastropub of the year for 2004.
Though i could hardle ever get bored here i am finding I'm missing my friends. I have lots of new friends here but i miss my long term friends lots x
