i seem to be having trouble completing the details about Bruges. To sum up we had a lovely time and i would recommend it to anyone.
I have a few bits of exciting news to share now
1 My darling friend James is engaged to his love girl! CONGRATULATIONS, i am so happy for you both and well you may have given Nick and I the perfect reason to visit the land of Aust.
2 Tomorrow i'm off to Holland for work! It’s a mix between nerves and excitement but overall it’s a good learning experience The company i will be working for is based in Utrecht (no idea if i have spelt that correctly....
3 I met Paul McDermott on Saturday night! I know! how cool is that! In fact i did better than meet him - i gave him and kiss on the cheek and he gave me a kiss back. We had gone to the late night show at the comedy store off Piccadilly and GUD, Paul’s new act were the last ones on stage. When they announced GUD from Aust i was like OMG! After the show as we were all filing out i saw Nick talking to someone who looked VERY familiar... and bee lined straight for the two of them. I think all i managed to gush was... 'Wow it is so nice to meet you, that was brilliant' and then just stood there gob smacked until Nick said it was time to go...
4 Last night was another good fun night in London! Nick and i had tickets to go and see Kevin Smiths Q & A show in the criterion theatre. People started queuing up 2 hours before the show started, all the way around Piccadilly Circus. Once we finally got in... wrist bands and photo id required... and settled we were briefed on how the night would run. Kevin would answer the questions and then when you had asked a question you had to sign a contract to say it was ok for them to out you on the DVD. So if in about 9 months you see a DVD at JBs with Kevin on the smith you might just find that Nick and i are on it too! Nick got to ask silent bob a question even so my bet is he makes it to the DVD for sure. I was too chicken to talk but the guy in front of me did as did the guy behind me so fair chance is i get some of my 15 min of fame too = P
