Brighton

Our weekend in Brighton was really good fun. I did spend some of my time with Nick sifting through box after box of comics but found time too to get away and enjoy the sunshine on the beach - the cold beach but with a big warm jacket and the sun on my face it was lovely.
Of all the places i have visited Brighton seems the most familiar - I'm sure this is because i grew up in Glenelg. Have a look at the photos below and you'll know what i mean.

This weekend my parents are arriving from Aust - 6am Sunday. Absolutely can not wait to see them both. Mum's said that she has her bags packed already and i hear too that Dad has bought almost all new clothes for the trip. Really i'm looking forward to showing them just how well I know London. That i can navigate my way round (no map needed) from Oxford St to Covent Garden, Soho and along the river.

Mum and Dad see you Sunday morning at Heathrow (not long now...)

Congratulations must be passed on to Mark and Kerri on the birth of their daughter Hollie. I hear all are well and healthy which is wonderful news!

Love to you all

Cherry x
