Last post for 2005

Quick last post for this year... Though for most of you it's clicked over already (and you're probably fast asleep after downing a few champagne).
It's been really lovely having Mum and Dad here for the past week and a bit. They are staying with us at the moment as our housemates are both away (France & New York). Only part i'd change if i could would be the fact that both Nick and I are sick... Nick has a chest infection and has been ill since Christmas and I have picked up a virus and have all that comes with it, sore throat, boogger and aches and pains... Has been a bit of a shame as i had so many things i wanted to do with Mum and Dad, I've been out with them every day still but for two of them i only stayed out an hour or two and then left them for the rest of the day to explore while i headed back to the couch.
Tonight is New Years Eve and tho we did have plans to go drinking in Soho with friends but that has changed (due to poor health) to a trip to embankment at 1030 to see the fire works and then we'll head home again - not quite as exciting as i wanted but oh well NYE has never really been a night that I treasure so really it's just nice to have Nick and Mum and Dad with me.
I have lots and lots of photos from Christmas and the past few days but need to get them sorted before i put them up here.
Congratulations Katrina and Todd on the birth of Tayla Marie, I hear Mum, Baby and Dad are all well!
Hope you have all had a wonderful start to 2006 and i will talk/email/ring/sms or see you all soon!
