MUSE/MUSIC

Muse/Music/Muse/Music

Nope i can't pick a fav.. but really after discussing them they can't be compared!
MUSE was a BIG SHOW at Earls Court.. totally mind blowing. Matt B sings with such flare and plays like he's in love, Chris W rocks out and i can't get enough of the way he rocks when he plays and Dom on the drums... so very cool! The crowd was massive (Earls Court is bigger than anything i've seen before..) and seeing everyone dance and sing to al the classics was just such a kick! Fav songs were Thoughts of a Dying Atheist and Time is Running Out. My ears were ringing until about 2pm the next day and my voice was ...gone! FRIGGIN LOVED IT!
Now for the MUSIC... WOW total rock show! The forum was smaller than even the Thebarton, but tiered too. We had a fab spot (Ange it was similar to our post for MUSE at the BDO... but way way closer) against the barrier on the second level. Perfect view except for the kid that decided to sit on the barrier! Best part tho was that we had the mosshing crowd in front of us and watching them react to songs like 'Getaway', 'the People', 'Bleed from Within' and 'Breakin'' made it all the more exciting. Fav song of course was Bleed from within .. in fact his may just be my vote for JJJ hottest 100 too. To the boys in the MUSIC, i consider last night show my first Rock Concert! You guys were awesome.
Ok so for all you ppl that read the above and were a little lost I have done other things in London beside rock out.
Yesterday i went to lunch at a very English pub near Nick's work. Oh so English with an open fire and all (considering it was 1C out side...) Had Apricot and Lamb Pie.... boy do i miss lamb here... it's like 15 pound for a roast leg.... sheeesh.
Sunday was spent at Camden Town, very busy but lots of fun. Went to this Way Out shop called Cyber Dog that was all techno crazy, lots of fluro and plastic tubes and things that glow in the dark... phew i can't even really describe it.
Monday i spent shopping for Christmas presents, North, South, East and West and by 5pm i had all i needed. Can't write more as if i do.. someone might read this and figure out what has been purchased... ssshhh
Tuesday i went along to the Our Lady's Primary school Nativity Play. This is the school that Sarah is teaching at. The play was o so cute and it was really nice to see Sarah in her role as a teacher, it's funny i still think of teachers as grown up and i'm a kid so to have a friend that is a teacher takes a bit of getting use to, feel i should be saying yes Miss H.
Ok so this is like the longest blog ever and if you are still reading congratulations, give yourself a pat on the back!
3 more sleeps til Santa - Hope you all get very spoilt.
MERRY CHRISTMAS and i will write more from York (Nick and i will be there this time tomorrow and are spending Christmas with the UK Dodsons, should be sweet as!)
Love ya all
Cherry x
