Banking = Bad / Bruge = Good

Banking
Got my first pay (or pay advance coz payday is end of the month) and banked the cheque today [YEAH!!]
The bank i have joined up with tho have left a lot to be desired... tho the ppl are really helpful here is my experience from lunch today when i went to go and find out why i had received a pin number but no card [after waiting more then a week]
It seems the pin I got was for my Credit Card not my savings account. My savings card was delivered to Goldhawk road days ago but as I was not there to sign for it… [Um der... don’t they expect ppl to work] so they took it back… all good but...... they didn’t even leave a note to explain this. Not sure how I was to figure out they had came… ESP I guess [think country is MENTAL]
My card is now being sent to the Natwest branch near work. Same goes for my Credit Card which was suppose to be delivered today – now I have to ring em and get em to send it to the bank too...
Think i may ask for my admin fees this month to be refunded to pay for all the phone calls chasing what the hell is going on! Or better yet keep all my £ under the bed and close the accounts.
Bruge
Nick and i have book a trip to Bruge! [Belgium for those who are scratching heads... mum!] Can't wait for the trip. We leave on Fri 25th Feb (early!) and return on the Sunday. Oh and the best bit... sooo cheap! like £75 each for travel and accomodation! Nice work
