Chelsea Flower Show
Today is a very relaxed Friday at work so i thought i'd take the time to update you on what i did last night. I went to the Chelsea Flower Show - I'm sure you have heard of it and well if you haven't i'd be happy to send you the 70+ photos i took = P
It was just lovely and even more amazing was that all of the gardens had been set up in th epast week or two. I mean some of the rocks had moss growing all over them and the garden that won best in show was complete with a pond and an old bridge that had colappsed into it.
Tickets were a bit expen£ive i think (Courtneay and I paid £16 each for a two hour slot) but in the end it was worth it and other thing i can add to the adventure that is living in London.
Today is hot here, well if you are readign this in Aus you'll think i've gone mad but it's... 28C OMG! The whole office packed up at lunch time and went to the park... funnily enough only half have come back... and well the rest of the office claim they are working from home BAH as if!
It's a long weekend here this weekend which i am really looking forward to - esp if it stays this warm (could do without the humidity tho...) Saturday is Kates last day in London so we are going to have a walk around the shops, Covent Gardens etc and then on SundayNick and i are going to Brighton. I'm told it will be bursting there over the bank weekend but i grew up in Glenelg and sooo i think i'm prepared... hehehe
Hope you are all well
Hugs, kisses and all that
Cherry xx
