B A R C E L O N A - oh yeah!
Ok so i had lots of responces to my leave a comment which was just great - i mean i enjoy writing but to know someone is reading makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
For those who emailed/commented about the recipe, for the vegitarian verions... leave out the meat and mum yes you are right heat the cream don't boil it.
So news for this week is ... wait for it...
I'm being taken to Barcelona for my birthday! (tho i guess the title gives it away) 1 week by the coast from the 25th of April to the 1st of May! Just bliss

If I've got one piece of advice before you go to Spain ... learn a little Spanish.
Not a lot of them speak English, so make sure you know what your different foods are called. It really helps :-)
Oh yeah, I know you like shopping. Barcelona is the best & cheapest for leather shoes etc.
